Course Price

Payment and Booking

• Payment is made in cash before the first session — this secures your spot in the group.
• Course payment is valid within one calendar month.
• Unused sessions do not carry over.
• Payment is non-refundable.

Schedule and Lateness

A class lasts 75 minutes. We start on time.

No latecomers — out of respect for the group, the process, and your own body (warm-up is sacred). This is an intimate format, and every minute matters.

Shoes and Clothing

We train either in clean indoor shoes or barefoot / in socks.

Above that — it's up to your imagination. Leggings, a swimsuit, a top, a hoodie, sweatpants, a bodysuit, a ball gown, a diva look — whatever you feel comfortable moving in.

Changing

There is no separate changing room in the studio. There are hooks for outerwear. You can change in the bathroom or in the studio before class. It's a women-only space, so everything is calm and natural.

Group Format

This is a small group. We're here to work, shine, and maybe sweat a little.
